Once diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), the most common and widely accepted treatments a RMS Respiratory CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure devices) which is essentially a motor that blows pressurised air down the nose and throat via a mask to act as a splint and keep the airways open.

This product is good but may be better if some improvements are made . I am saying this from experience of having used CPAP machines from March 2008 and have used 4 different makes Respironics( 2 models), Philips , Devillbiss and now this . This machine works as good as any or better , however the humidifier design is cumbersome and not easy to load , unload and cleaning . Even the attachment of Humidifier to the machine is delicate and not smooth . But the machine is excellent value for money and easy to set up.

It is working great. Very quiet. Humidifier is helping a lot, before purchasing this RMS Auto CPAP machine, My wife has problems with dry eyes, dry nose and dry mouth, once she started using this RMS CPAP with humidifier she was very comfortable and not any dry mouth! And sleeping well.
